Terms of Use for Lunox School Management System
By accessing or using our school management system ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable subscription or service agreements. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
This Platform is designed for registered schools, educational institutions, and their authorized personnel (administrators, staff, students, and parents). You must be at least 18 years old to create an administrator account.
Schools and users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and restricting access to authorized users. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We grant your institution a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not:
Our services are offered under three main plans: Basic, Standard, and Advance.
Subscription fees are billed per academic term. Additional charges may apply for extra features, SMS credits, or student volume exceeding plan limits.
Payments are made per term and must be completed before the next term begins.
Failure to renew within 14 days before a new term begins may result in restricted access.
Your data will be securely retained for up to 60 days after account expiration. During this period, you may request access to any essential records before the account is permanently deactivated.
Discounts may be applied based on the number of enrolled students or if your school operates multiple systems (e.g., primary and secondary). Contact our support team for customized billing.
The Advance Plan includes access to AI-powered tools such as:
You acknowledge that AI output is automated and should be used in conjunction with human review.
All data processed through the Platform, including student academic records, is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We periodically release new features and improvements, which may be rolled out automatically to all users.
Feature requests are considered for Premium (Advance) subscribers only.
Some features may be available as paid add-ons.
Custom school websites (with your school name, logo, and colors) are available starting from the Standard Plan. Schools on the Advance Plan receive full customization and branding tools.
You may cancel your subscription at the end of any academic term.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the start of a new term to avoid auto-renewal.
No refunds are issued for partially used terms.
We retain your data for 60 days after cancellation for easy reactivation.

All software, designs, logos, and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Lunox SMS as powered by Folklight Studios and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users via dashboard or email when significant changes are made.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
