Account & Subscription
How is pricing calculated?

Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Just contact our support team or use the Contact Page and your data will remain intact during the upgrade process.
Is there a free trial?
We currently offer free guided demos. Full system deployment requires a valid subscription.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available based on the number of enrolled students and the number of systems subscribed. For example, schools managing both primary and secondary sections independently may qualify for bundled discounts.
What happens if I fail to renew my subscription?
We provide a 14-day grace period after your subscription expires. During this period, your school data is retained, but access to most system features is temporarily restricted. After 30 days, your account may be deactivated until renewal is completed.
Do you build dedicated websites for schools?
Yes. Starting from the Standard Plan, schools can request a custom website with their name and branding. Schools on the Advance Plan receive fully customized websites with added functionalities and domain options.
Can I request new features?
We release regular system upgrades that apply to all plans. However, requests for custom or specialized features are only available to Advance Plan customers and may attract additional fees depending on complexity.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at the end of any academic term. We'll retain your data for 60 days in case you return.

Does the system support online payments?
Yes. From the Standard plan upwards, schools can accept online fee payments, send invoices, and track payment history in real time.
Can teachers upload content like class notes and videos?
Yes. Teachers can upload written notes, videos, schemes of work, and learning aids for students. These are securely accessible through the student portal.
What types of educational tools are included?
The system includes quizzes, CBT/exam tools, interactive games, word tools, educational links, dictionaries, and resources for different subjects and age groups.
Are there tools for document and certificate generation?
Yes. Schools can generate official documents like certificates, letters, ID cards, and flyers directly from the platform, with customizable templates.
Is there a library or inventory manager?
Yes. From the Standard plan, schools can manage a digital library and inventory. The tools help track books, store items, and borrowing activities efficiently.
Do you offer any AI-powered tools?
Yes. The Advance Plan comes with AI features such as performance analytics, auto-grading aids, book summarizers, text readers, pronunciation guides, and predictive insights for school improvement.
